Amy Flowers is the Chief Executive Officer, founder of Flowers Team Real Estate, and one of Milton’s leading Realtors. Shortly after completing an Honours Degree (2001) in Marketing, Amy’s passion for business came to fruition. It was the challenge to revolutionize the real estate industry that was so exciting. The idea of bringing a corporate team structure to an otherwise dated industry.

The first step in her process was to hand pick the best people in their fields. Next was to perfect the real estate process, always ensuring the client’s interests were put first. This combination resulted in Flowers Team Real Estate consistently being voted #1 in real estate across Milton, Ontario for well over a decade — and ranked an impressive #9 of 20,000 Royal LePage agents across Canada in 2023.

When taking time away from the business, Amy loves to travel to both domestic and exotic locations, and enjoy fine wine, some may even say a bit of a wine connoisseur.
