Try It Series- Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga

July 22, 2018
8:30 am – 9:30 am
 $45 plus HST per person (includes equipment, PFD, park admission and instruction) –

Ages 12 and up, minimum 5ft height requirement

Looking to switch up your yoga routine? Trade your yoga mat for a stand up paddle board and work on your balance, strength, flexibility and concentration. SUP Yoga Instructor, Jana Ruby, will guide you through a gentle practice to help you connect to your breath, body and the beauty of nature. This one-hour class is great for both beginners and experienced yogis. No stand up paddle boarding or yoga experience required.

Try It Series- Stand Up Paddle Board Basic Instruction

Ages 12 and up, minimum 5ft height requirement

(includes equipment, PFD & instruction)

If you have always wanted to try stand up paddle boarding, now is your chance! This three-hour course is perfect for stand up paddle board beginners and great for anyone who wants to work on their stand up paddle board skills. The course will held on calm water, in a sheltered area, and will focus on the basics of flat water paddling. You will even receive the Basic SUP skills certification from Paddle Canada, which is a prerequisite for many of the other courses.

Milton Farmers Market

The Milton Farmers’ Market has been bringing farm-fresh goodness and old-fashioned hospitality to Main Street, in downtown Milton, since 1972. Our farmers proudly display “picked fresh this morning” produce and the streets come alive with artisans and flower vendors. The Milton Chamber of Commerce operates the weekly Saturday morning event from May through October and is one of Ontario’s best outdoor Farmers’ Markets. This years Market will host over 40 vendors on Main Street

5 Drive In

Only 10 minutes outside Milton sits one of the last remaining drive in theatres, with three screens and triple features on each all weekend it is a great way to make some family memories this weekend!

Cineplex Family Favourite – The Greatest Showman

Saturday mornings at 11am is Cineplex Family Favourites in Milton. Watch a family favourite film each week for only $2.99. A portion of the proceeds goes towards supporting WE Charity. It’s a fun and affordable way to enjoy the weekend with your family!
